Hi, all My wife applied for PR on Nov.06, 2023 and received "Inland APR Eligibility Decision Letter" on Dec.18th without the Biometric/medical request. And we are still waiting for the next letter, but no updates. Is it normal?

I've got requested for information about "employment reference letter". I didn't upload that because I'd uploaded a job offer letter showing all of my job description(duration, position, salary, and so forth) Anyway, I've uploaded the employment reference letter straight away and I'm waiting.

Hi, I've got NOI on Nov 04 and applied OINP on Nov 05th and my status is still submitted. Is this normal? Is there anyone who got NOI same date as me?
