Thanks for the answers. Once more question. A nephew is trying to apply for the ETA but it does not work, at the end it says that he can apply for a visa. Does he have to wait until Dec 1 to apply for it? What if someone wants to travel Dec2. He wants to come on Christmas. Thanks
