How long has it been taking to receiver your PR cards?? I know they say up to 6 weeks but I'm wondering how reliable this is. I'm coming up on 4 weeks waiting for it and I need it to exchange my drivers license and for proof of residency for a background check for work... Has anyone who landed...

Make sure that you clearly label that this is an outland application, maybe with a letter of intent or something. I filed outland while in Canada and they accidentally filed me as inland (which takes a lot longer!) and getting them to re-file it was a nightmare! It shouldn't be an issue, just...

Yes I am technically an October applicant since they had to re-file my application in October... but I've acally been waiting since June! I am waiting on COPR So I'd say that's progress! I did receive that email a week or two before I got DM. I hadn't paid yet though so I can't say for sure...

Is anyone else having trouble with ecas?? I can log in to mycic but when I try to check my application status through ecas I am getting this error message: Is the site just having issues or does this mean something is going on with my application?

I believe it just needs to have been done no sooner than 6 months before they received your application. But it may depend on your VO and country of citizenship? I could be wrong, of course.
