when your first medical expired my medical is expired last week so I have to do it myself again or CIC send me a request

I have a question. I want to sponser my husband from india and we both are divorced and I have court divorce decree from india and my husband have only notarised divorce deed so cic will assept notarized divorce deed or not. if not then its very hard for my husband to get court divorce decree...
