According to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/intro.asp you should be okay? "For countries where you have lived for six months or more, the police certificate must be issued after the last time you lived in that country." that would seem to be your situation.

ITA received here too, and as expected it clearly states "Your invitation is valid for 60 days from the date of this message", so nobody here go thinking you got 90 days just because of the new rules coming in :P

As has already been said, LMIA processing times can vary, but speaking from experience mine have always come through in around 2 months (last one took 65 days to be exact). Hope that helps :)
