Visa applied on 28july is still in procedure.. Crossed the limit of delaying result, really very hectic to keep patience..

I submitted on 6th september and no news yet.. Seriously, does it take such a long period to declare decision.. i missed my sep intake, i had applied for college fees refund even no response from them too. 5 weeks passed to it..

About college fees my agent ask me to refund it and we did that procedure also ,5 weeks passed no refund and nor they are responding to any mails.

It was for my employment. They want me to represent with some more documents and i submitted soon i received letter from CIC..

I applied on 28th july under spp, medical passed in august 23rd... received mail on 1st sep from visa officer stating they want few more documents related to my employment Which i submitted on 5th sep as they gave me 30days time to submit before that... soo far no news yet.. Getting worried...

I am also waiting for decision dear. I applied on 28th july and represented some more documents on 5sep as CIC sent me mail to represent again with more documents but after that no news so far :(

Some one please help me out of this situation. If this no refund policy is true one should not wait for visa approval. How much do they deduct if we apply for refund ?

Re: no update of visa, applied on 28th july hey terry, i have the same case, CIC asked me for additional documents and i have submitted on 6th sep. my agent says few students with the same case got their decision after 20 to 25days around. my college starts from 13sep and 19sep is last date...

hey yogesh, don't worry i got the same mail from CIC and i have submitted my other employment related documents to them, i am not sure now within how many days they will respond to this but it is normal if your documents are true, no need to worry at all.
