    Simple answer: unless your case is complicated, do it yourself. It does not look something that needs consultant. But if you pay you will have peace of mind for your hesitation and less strain.

    It seems Quebec and Ontario both are open for you. You prefer to live in francophone city or anglophone ? Now up to you. Process for Ontario is much quicker.
