So it means I have to take the Oath first, then use the certificate to apply for Passport. Ok, thanks, but I have seen YouTube videos of people taking Oath with their Passports in hand. I'm wondering how they did that.

I have a question please, I have been scheduled for Citizenship Oath March 2022. Can I apply for Passport booklet now? Or when can I apply for it? Or must it be after the Oath? Please advise.

Application received by CIC on July 6 2020 AOR according to ECAS is December 18 2020 Test Invite June 9th 2021. In Progress Date: January 12th 2021

I got test invite by email now. I've not been reading, I'm not ready. Can anyone please help me with what to read or the practice questions link. Thanks

How did you check your progress online? Can you show me the link please.

I received AOR for 2 out of the 4 in the family application. I received that letter yesterday. Should the tracker be updated or when I get the letter for all 4 of us? N/B my Ecas has been In-Process since January 12th.

Update: I have not received AOR. I checked ECAS now it shows “In Process” I clicked on it, It shows: 1)We received your application for Canadian citizenship on July 6th 2) We started processing your application on January 12th.

Before I thought the curse was with July 2nd applications. Lol. Don’t worry too much, AOR will definitely come. I believe July applications will no longer be returned. So relax.

Ok may be I will wait till I get AOR, then I will just send them a Web form. I Won’t bother with the Cit form. Thanks all.

I checked with the UCI number and removed the dashes. Also I have been checking since June but it couldn’t find me. I was updated may be 2 days ago.

To check my Ecas I removed the dash in between the UCI number. My UCI is xxxx-xxxx but when checking I typed xxxxxxxx.

Timeline: Application submitted July 2nd, Received July 6. My information is on the spread sheet already.

My Ecas is updated now. I haven’t received AOR but this site says “Application Received”
