So it means that all applications submitted on July 2nd has not been processed.

It seems there is a hitch with the processing of applications received first week of July. Most of us haven’t received AOR. May be they were all assigned to one fellow who has refused to work due to covid.

I also sent mine on July 2nd. I called IRCC today to make inquiries about the AOR, the Agent advised me to be more patient. Everything is slowed down due to Covid. I don’t have any other choice than the wait. *Sigh* Every slow process now has Covid to blame. ‍

You will not be able to use the web form because you didn’t receive AOR. You had an incomplete application so you need to prepare a another application and send back to them. You will join the queue afresh, they won’t move it to July. Take it easy on yourself. It’s annoying but you need to do it.

No, this will not affect you in anyway. You were not convicted of any offence. You will not have any criminal records with the police just because of this. Relax, but get another roommate. Avoid trouble.

2) Add both of them, let the processing officer choose whichever s/he wants

The person you spoke to is definitely not the person that will process your application. Unless you want to try your luck with the application, but best advise is to send another application.

I got my AOR now. Application received 13th January. I also linked my application now, with the application number I received. All the best to fellow January Applicants.

Well, let's wait till the end of the week, if nothing, we call them. Because it seems they've moved to those that submitted last week of January. Let's hope for good.
