Yr tracking number has been activated today. I also received email that visa is approved and passport is being sent back. But tracking number is not activated yet

How long will it take to process. Mine was received in Ottawa on September 3rd

Can I travel back to my country while my trv request is pending with CIC after extension of my study permit and can relevant visa office in my country stamp trv on my passport? Urgent guidance is requested if anyone has an experience of this.

Called IRCC and talked to agent. Who said trv is not our priority. We are processing study and work permits right now. No clue now ... what is going to happen. Wanted desperately to travel back home
