I applied online. The processing time at the time of application was 22 days and after about as many business days, it was put "On Hold".

I applied e-APR and BOWP on 04th and 08th December 2016 respectively. My BOWP is currently "On hold" as R10 is pending. I'm on implied status since 28th Jan'17. It has been more than 2 months now. Hope this helps.
