As far as I know for September intake student visa, they will start the process before three month prior to the course of starting...which college or university u r applying for and place.

Hello, I have applied for student visa from Dubai on 5th of June 2016 through vfs. Its been two weeks already, can anyone tell how much processing time is taken just for approval by mail.my tracking is showing under processing at canada embassy abudhabi. Can anyone provide the info.. please...
