I got only these two messages : - Confirmation of Online Application Transmission - Submission Confirmation I didn't got nothing about Biometrics. Everyone should provide Biometrics?

In that case how can I at all find out if it is the biometric msg or not..? Any ideas on who to contact on that and how?
