You should put your email address in your application because that is the fastest way to communicate with you. But it is okay if you did not put your email address. They will communicate with you through mail or by phone.

Hi. I submitted our application this May but I am still not at ease because I did not submit my husband's CENOMAR. Are they going to request for the cenomar even though I submitted our marriage certificate? And one more question, how long will the medical results expire? My husband haven't done...
