Sorry to hear this. If you reapply, most likely you will be refused because they never give you the real reason. You have to get the visa officer notes.

I dont want to reapply, They are plenty of countries worth to visit. But what I am sorry about is the $1500 loss. In fact, I disputed the application fees via Visa company and they accepted the dispute.

For me, I am %100 confident that I did not misunderstand the background information. I answered it correctly and I indicated the application no. for the refused application. I also did not have any visa refusal in my life except for this one
