    Why are language requirements for citizenship more flexible than for PR?

    that might be right for the main applicant for the pr, but not his family members. at least, when we applied in 2010, I didn't have to pass a language test. only my husband had to take the test for our application.

    unfortunatley I can't post any links here, don't know why. just google for "print i-94 record" and it will show you the cbp website (us customs). there you'll find the information how to print it.

    I'll cross my fingers for you, that it doesn't take too long. Usually - if yourself are asking CBSA for the records - it takes around 4 weeks (what I now found out through other people). I'm not sure how fast the officers have a reply if they ask for the documentation.
