Emailed them on sept 9th when I was in Cuba that it was about to expire Sept 15th. I was only staying there till the 13th and they emailed me back they needed a new one.

We have had our file in Havana since April 6th 2016 and our interview since August 4th 2016 and we just gave them a new criminal check Sept 12th 2016 handed in and we are still waiting. :'( ::) ???
