As far as I understand. It takes around 15-18 days to appear on MEA website. You should see it this week. I applied it around the same time in October earlier, but they returned it due to photo not meeting the requirement.

Got passport back with visa on 3rd December via Bluedart courier service. Submitted on 1st December at VFS Chandigarh Landing on 24th December Guys be advised that line at vfs chandigarh was longer than any bank or atm line. Wish you all the best :)

I got an email about BGC status change. I think it is not always the case. Some applicants got to know only when they check their CIC account.
