On the form there is no option to select multiple or single entry visa, only option is to select visitor visa. Do they automatically consider you for multiple if eligible if not where do I specify I am requesting multiple entry?

But if you actually click form 5484 for checklist it says 5707?

Thanks for reply brynna, For invitation letter 2 copies but same letter right I can say I am inviting my parents rather than sending individual letters saying inviting mother and another saying inviting father? Also for my mother Do I click principal applicant or spouse on the top of visa form?
