Tell me about it. Yes we ordered notes 29 days ago, no reply yet, just waiting for the 30 day processing time before we chase them up. I'm very curious to see what's in the notes

So our MP has had a response. Success The response was: we received application, we completed sponsor processing, we haven't started processing medical, police certificates etc. Resounding fail. It's been over 18 months since we applied now, doesn't feel like we are ever going to get this visa!!

Very irritating, we applied in August 2014 and don't have DM yet, we haven't contacted MP yet, though are going to shortly, as you say it's maybe people getting theirs pushed forward by MPs that has delayed ours.

I'm not sure that is the reason his application was delayed it's CIC's system that is broken. I can understand his frustration, I'm here with an application that started in August 14 and you read posts of people getting bothered, contacting MPs etc when it's taken 6 months.
