No actually you can't get admission in any university. You have to check the universities website and see if they accept overall 6 band or not. More of the universities demand for 6.5 with no band under 5.5 or 6. Search for some universities that you would like to go and see if they need for 6.5...

I'm not sure but I think that maybe they'll use your passport number and see online that you have a valid study visa . Moreover you can try to email them or the embassy in India and ask them about that .

I think you can study 2 different programs but they have to be related. I mean you can't study for an esthetician and then something in medical field. This does not make sense, But if you do 2 courses which are from same field, I think you can and the study permit would be the same.
