hi preet , sorry for the bad news ! it must be disturbing :( did u apply visa or super visa ? and if supervisa , have they asked for medical exam ? for me we have been waiting for so long with no reply . dont know why .

no i applied from lebanon , what i meant is the time will be according to the visa office u applied in because they are the ones who are updating not anyone in canada for sure the application was super visa online , submitted Nov 12 /2015...

in my case ,not later than 9.30 am . i received at different times ;2.30 am , 6.30 am , 9 .30 am according to the visa office where you applied , but for me they close at 10 am ET !

I'm so sorry about that ! When they want to refuse they will just make up reasons for it . Can you please share your timeline . I have applied for my mom on Nov / 12/2015 Did your mom went through medical exam? I hope if u re apply she will get it . Im not an expert to give any advice . But...

try to contact witg the drs you did the medicals to make sure they submitted the medical results and send case specific inquiry to cic . In my case it is almost 2 month after passing the medicals and haven't heard of anything yet :(

as far as I know u can send the passport via courier such as DH_u will pay the return fee as well _ to the closest visa office to where ur mom is . u can always call that office and ask them .

which visa office did ur mom apply from ? u can check on the website for addresses depending on the country

i emailed them since the medical exam has been passed for one month now . and they mentioned in the website that medical for TRV takes one month after hearing a reply .. anyways ,I am waiting for any reply now and tired of waiting ... what do u think ? what are the chances after medicals are...
