I would query the Area of Training points awarded both for you and your spouse with the ministry and find out why they have not awarded you any. It doesn't look right based on the area of training list. I'd expect the two of you together to get 8 points for this. Then for the other 1 point...

It's quite unusual to apply with 0 points for Area of Training - that's what's really hurting you here. Only way I can see you making up the shortfall is to really study French like crazy and get that A2 much higher (you'd just make it if you could scrape a B2).

They have not changed the time. People are getting confused as translators are translating a.m to p.m. because the French abbreviation stands for 'apres midi'

I believe they are re-opening the registration for new accounts on February 18th. However, you will not make this application round as the cap is very likely to be reached today.
