According to angel 10 Points were awarded for qualification but points not awarded for the area of training which has stricter criteria.

Both are different. Credential evaluation is to grant you points for the training while geting a professional permit is to make your degree Quebec equivalent and hence possibility of getting points for "area of training" and priority treatment. Anyone could correct me if i am wrong
