It means your visa has been approved. That doesn't matter what the status is on cic account.

Its been happening a lot like this lately. My friend also applied on 3rd november but hasn't heard since then. The status is still open and no other movement on mycic.

Yes I showed liquid funds. I guess the problem is not with anything else but the course so I think you should go for some other course and apply for the next intake.
