I have received PPR last Friday, sent what i needed to send the same day. I got COPR back yesterday (i was surprised how fast they return it) and went straight to the border to end this journey and officially became permanent resident :D Someone asked what if the address in application is not...- WalterW

I'm in BC. No idea whether we are getting out PPRs from Vienna. They just told me that some part of the background check goes through Vienna. I was able to get CIC last week, after seeing that some of the August AOR's who applied after me, under the same category, got their PPR.
