    Yeah, I have seen that 30 hours per week is classed as full time, and that you can count your part time equivalent over a longer period of time. Still unsure as to why you would divide your part time hours by 30 to give you the full time equivalent

    Aha I see. Thanks for clearing that up. The issue then is what is considered full time work? From my research it looks to be 30+ hours per week. Because of the industry we work in hours are not guaranteed and depend on business volumes. For example some quiet weeks we can work about 15 hours...

    I am working as an instructor full time, the issue is, not in Canada. I spend the winters up in Canada and the "summers" in the southern hemisphere in New Zealand. I just find it odd that it can be listed on the FSWP but it is impossible to meet the criteria for it based off the position online.
