I called the agent, and asked her the question. She couldn't give me exact answer, but sent me a letter about the rule. Neither from the rule we are unable to find out how long the implied status can be. I believe the experience in this year is so weird that no one can give us answer.

Jubear, cannot agree more! The agent I spoke even expressed that it has nothing about CIC, and the Delay is all our fault. Only because someone submitted fake documents, they have to review our applications several times. It is ridiculous.

My application date is May 29. I just submitted my story on Liberal.ca, and sent a letter to assistance@liberal.ca. I am not sure whether it can help or not. At least We are fighting.
