I got the same revert on Saturday, I requested for citizenship test status and also sent them passport copies (which they mentioned earlier they never received it.

Yes, called them couple of times. Same standard reply that ‘officer might not have validated the test results, no other information etc. on your file’. I even asked them if there is any retest notes etc. They said ‘no such info on file available yet on your file’.
