Actually sorry scratch what I said, I got confused with form. The one we are talking about I did do my original signature, I filled it on Adobe, printed it, signed it, and scanned it signed to upload it.

Once filled the form you have to validate it, at that point you don't need to sign that form, they will take the electronic signature at the end of the upload process as the official signature

Well, if you hit reply like they ask you to do, it goes to IRCC.ClientPortal@cic.gc.ca but then I noticed the signature in their initial email is IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca ...I hit reply and it goes to the first but haven't gotten the second email yet, so now I'm worried...
