Hello all, I am pretty outraged about correspondence with CIC: application submitted under PNP on Sept 4, 2014, AOR on Jan 6 2015, then on June 4 2015 IP; August 18: in online status two messages appeared that CIC sent correspondence on June 4 and Aug 12 which we never received; status updates...

we emailed and got reply the next day: They sent the medical forms by regular mail !!!! :o this drives me crazy >:(

is it ok if only family members in Germany go for upfront (since they already have their appointment), and we wait for the forms? Or does it need to be consistently either upfront or with the form?

We are just worried that at a certain point they will kick us out of the system... and we have two non-accompanying family members in Germany who have an appointment for the medical next week, but if the forms are missing they'll have to reschedule, this mess creates more and...

In our Medical request email received on Aug 20 the medical forms were missing; called the hotline number, but have not received the medical forms yet; is there anything we can do??? Is emailing more efficient to get things moving?

We received aor by email and then nothing. Correspondence came today, request for medicals etc, but the medical forms were not attached >:( chaos
