No personal experience, but I remember reading in this forum that close ones can pickup. I guess there is an authorization letter (or something similar). Please go through this forum a bit and you will find the answer.

Guys, after raising the ticket this morning; I see additional notes on BLS portal with the tracking number! :) Finally I can expect to see my OCI in few days time.

I have raised a support ticket with BLS mentioning that I have already paid for return package via Purolator. Hope I get...

They do deliver. But I opted for pickup from Purolator office. I had inserted a return envelope while sending in the package and I used address of Purolator office.

It takes around a day to change to "Passport ready For Collection after OCI stamping". Please see details in my signature.

Just to update my status on BLS Portal changed to: Passport ready For Collection after OCI stamping I picked up wife's OCI from Purolator office today.

As you by now know I am Toronto applicant, but guessing by other posts from Ottawa applicant; looks like the process is bit slower there compared to other locations. Is it because it is a HCI office as well! I am absolutely sure we all will get our OCI in a week (max)! :)

No worries mate. In one post from @rajneeshv , the agent mentioned "just ignore the checklist". I wonder why don't BLS simply update the checklist (to send across only self attested copies) and avoid this confusion. This is not about sending a extra copy of a document. Here we are talking about...

I did not send any originals via postal. Only self-attested copies. I guess we had the same chat a week back. :)

Just to update: My wife's OCI available for pickup at Purolator's office. My OCI showing status "Counter Delivery to BLS Centre after OCI stamping " since this morning. Overall timelines in my signature.

BLS status changed this morning to "Counter Delivery to BLS Centre after OCI stamping". OCI website was updated last Friday/Sat I guess.
