    work history

I read a story that someone claimed work history not in previous Visa applications and IRCC required explanation about it, because IRCC suspected that the person conducted misrepresentation to be qualified for immigration. So IRCC officers may compare your application with your previous ones...

Can my IELTS results be pondered differently depending on my NOC code?

I've never heard of such requirements. IELTS General test only assesses your English skills for daily life. It has nothing to do with your professional skills.

Do I need 3 Work experiences references + job offer -CEC

To apply under CEC, you only need to submit the reference letter for the job experience used to claim your points. The job must be in Canada. For the other jobs, you only mention it under your personal history, not need to prove it. But i think it's good to get a reference letter because this...

Applying for Express Entry from Quebec***

Same for me. I graduated from Quebec and worked there for 2 years. I experienced everything: the pending letter, interview postponed and the interview. I got the CSQ the day after I accepted a job offer in another province. Now I got PPR thru CEC. Probably I will never return to Quebec.

    Back home work experience

If the work experience is used to count towards your CRS points, it must be obtained in Canada. If you mention it merely as part of your study/work history, no need to provide any proof.

Proof for working experience outside Canada

You only need to include the employment letter for the work experience used to qualify for CEC. CIC requires that the work experience is obtained in Canada. Your previous work experience was outside of Canada, it's not qualified for express entry. You don't need to include employment letter. But...

Is PEQ Graduate stream almost impossible these days?

The PEQ for graduates is never impossible. MIDI is questioning teaching quality of those French courses. A lot of students couldn't even do self-introduction in French after taking those courses. Your cousin will almost surely be invited to an interview if she apply with the course...

    PhD student in the trap

here are the options i can think of: 0. learn French and get CSQ. But note that a condition of CSQ is that you CANNOT study in Quebec. You can be unemployed, but you cannot be a student after you get CSQ. MIDI may question your intention if you submit your application while you are a student. 1...
