I would suggest emailing them quoting the reference number you were given when you applied for notes. Explain what happened and also give them the info that they need. Use ATIP-AIPRP@cic.gc.ca to email them.

I got my notes today. As I mentioned earlier in the forum, I applied on Jan 26th and my file changed to In process on October 9th. According to the notes they haven't started anything with the file. All the assessments say not started:(

My wife's medicals will expire on Dec 12th. She is already here on a TRV. So have to find out if they do remedicals with out the request letter.

Hi Shiv, Technically you have to be in Canada while the application is in process since one of the requirement for sponsoring is to be a resident of Canada. I believe a month or so should be fine. If you stay for long, you could lose your residency status. That being said I have a few friends...

Can you please clarify what you mean by "they have given me a multiple entry trv visa and cancelled it again". They issued visa and then cancelled it?

I used the client ID that my wife received for her PR application. This should show them that there is another application in her name.

I am a Jan 2015 applicant. I applied yesterday for TRV for my wife in India. Does anybody know how long does the online application takes place? Is it the same 7 days as the paper application? Thanks.
