Hello kabayans, PNP outland, Got PPR last Oct 29, submitted passport Manila VO Nov2. Tanong ko lang normally how long will I receive my passport back? Does CEM has to run their own processing procedure or they only does administrative services like stamping for CIC? Good luck sa ating lahat!
