That sounds better. 2014 format is simple and user friendly. Once created, Preeti can be the admin, or even include one or two credible members to update it on a weekly basis so that it wont be a stressful one. Preeti will pm you about the division of work. Thank you for this support :)

Don't want to sound negative, but if the above is the case, then all the 2015 applicants will have similar details, if we apply for notes now. i.e., Eligilibity-Passed and rest of the checks 'not started'

Is this something like, when our files go into IP, then in GCMS notes Eligibility is shown as 'passed' ??
