there's a date on the visa (I'm not from a visa exempt country)but not the CoPR. You have to land by that date and there's no extensions. It was sometime in march next year so you can definitely wait till after your trip to land

I think you're fine addressing it exactly as required of you as per the email. With regards to how they know which agent to give it to, You are supposed to include a copy of the email that was sent to you (which has the agents initials at the end). That's how I think they know who to give it to...

it's because they are the express entry application. Do not look at their timeline to compare to yours if you submitted before Jan 2015
