Who will the "intent to reside" component of c-24 pertain to? People who submit their applications after the law comes in to force? People who submitted their application prior to the law coming in to force, but who take the oath after? Anyone who has taken the oath in the last X number of...

Good point! I actually was able to find my old OHIP card...a few holes punched in it to void it when they send the new one (I think the Ministry does that...maybe Service Ontario?). Any any case, should I bring that along or no? Thanks again for all the help and advice folks.
