Thank you all for your answers. I am a chef/restaurant manger, I know that they have different NOC and LMIA codes. As I understand it, a restaurant manager is exempt from the LMIA study. Can anyone here confirm?- food

No. We plan on starting that early next week. I am the first foreign worker they company has ever hired.- food

Hi all. An employer in Quebec would like to hire me. I can easily fill out the provincial and federal paperwork for a TWP. My question is this, how long does it take to get a federal TWP? I know through the New York office it's 3 months average, but I'd like to know how long you waited from...- food
