Thanks for everyone's respond. I called CIC and was told a Certificate is totally fine, as long as the program is in English/French

It is accounting program. I received Certificate after passing all the 10 courses. Sorry I am not allowed to post any links here.

Sorry SAIT is the name of a college (southern alberta institute of technology) But CIC instructions also mentioned Certificate.

Accounting certificate from SAIT. I have done so many courses that are required for CPA and 10 of them are qualified for certificate.

What is the different between " completion of a program" and "graduation from a program" ?? Looks like "Certificate" is only counted when "graduation from the program". I got a accounting certificate after completion of 10 courses, will it be recognized as the language proof?
