Hello Mhikyla12! Ang sinend ni hubby na docs appendix A, NBI, receipt ng 490$ na kasama na din dati pero humingi pa sila ng copy ulit and the passport itself. No instruction kasi sa letter ng pictures, pero nung sinend ko ung application sa CEM nkapag pass ndin kasi kmi ng pictures ni hubby...
