Manila, Philippines asked for 9 copies of passport photos.

On our application, we submitted 9 pieces of photo.

The column for applicant: my hubby's name who is currently residing in the Philippines. Whereas, the column for spouse is where I typed my name and other information. I also included the names and information of our 2 children, even if they are here with me in Calgary.

We will use the file number given and included in the most recent email from VO Manila.

If the mother and father are both sponsored to come they will need to fill out the form individually. One form for the mother and another form for the father.
