I am waiting since August 24, 2015. On front page it says Decision Made but inside since TLU is not updated. Submitted Medicals on August 2, 2015.

Its not NOC 0113 that was full. Its overall cap of 25,000 applications that was reached somewhere near 30 December, that's was I have seen in this forum from members comments.
