    If you put the Bachelors degree in EE and you get FSW stream pulled then you would need ECA for it. My advice, get the ECA, not having or being rejected for not providing it will cost you more heartache in future.

    Only supply what you can prove to CIC standards on EE form. Yes 3 years is max for points. My opinion - submit with what you have and can prove.

    I qualify under FSW, I work in a restricted trade so have Canadian red seal..............however this doesn't help get more points i.e the magic extra 600 point to gaurantee selection
