Just spoke with CIC and it is indeed incorrect but (as you said) they informed me it's not a big deal and I just had to send the CPC an email with the correct name and proof (copy of her passport).

Yeah, it's in the spreadsheet under the same name. Our application arrived in Mississauga on Nov. 17.

Just received the AOR email but there is one slight concern. It lists my name in the correct order (first/last) however when it lists my wife's name at the bottom of the email it's last/first. I know she made an error when filling out the forms originally but I thought corrected that mistake...
