When I called last week the agent told me Verification and Eligibility has been passed and file is waiting for Final approval and will hear from them within a week and a half or before May 20th. No updates or E-mails yet though. :o :-X

My application was recieved on Oct 16th and aor on Feb 18th, med and rprf paid upfront in early march no updates after. I am guessing its because i sent NOA, t4, pcc, copies of paystubs and everything along with my application. Have anyone tried making a complaint through this...
