Do mean they last charged someone in this category on 16th Oct (who may have applied earlier) or they charged for some 16th Oct applicant? I applied on 9th n haven't been charged as yet :(

My app was dispatched by my consultant on 4th Oct. I assume it would have reached there by 10th of Oct. But so far no fee has been chargede from my CC :( Does this mean my apps was unsuccessful?

My app was also submitted in Oct (anytime b/w 10th n 15th Oct) but no fee has been charged from my CC as yet. My consultant says his CC has been charged on 18th Dec for another client whose app was received at CIO on 7th Oct.

My app was dispatched by my consultant on 4th October 2014. I don't exactly know when was it received at CIO in Canada but I can assume it wouldn't have taken longer than 10 days at maximum. My CC has not been charged for any fee so far and there's no info available on CIC website either...
