My PPR documents arrived at Ottawa this morning as well! When I bought 2 expresspost envelopes, the staff in canadapost told me if I needed signature service. He said it cost $1 or $2, so I paid for signature for Ottawa and return envelope for myself. I said I didn't need signature for return...

PCC means police clearance? If so you can open it and upload it. I'm Japanese pnp applicant and I opened the envelope and uploaded it on enquiry form. After about a week, CIC replied to me that they recieved it.

I think we don't need Canadian polick check if we have already work permits in Canada. If CIC ask us to submit Canadian polick check we will do that. But basically we don't need. CIC website(Help centre) says.... Do I need to provide a police certificate for my time in Canada? You do not...

If we have work permits or study permits, we already have client number(UCI). We can find the number on the paper of those permits :)
