Thank u for your valuable reply. I will send the parcel on 22nd dec n it will reach CIC by 27th dec. is CIC working from 25th dec - 1st jan2015??? If no then how will they accept my application?

I am giving IELTS on 6th dec 2014 and would be getting the result by 21st dec. I want to apply for FSW. Plz guide me what is the last date for the application submission... i.e. By what date the application should reach CIC office. I am confused a lot... :(
