I sent in my forms on april 29th and never recieved a AOR or anything... what do I do?

I have not heard anything and when I check online it says "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided" ... I only have a receipt for the fees I paid for the applications. I dont think I have a UCI number and not sure what an AOR is. All I know is I got a receipt number...

Also do our requested documents like Passports, and identity cards, and marriage certificates need to be certified true copies and be signed by some one? or can they just be a photo copy of our original documents?

Should she wait to do the fingerprints until after we get married and her name changed on her passport? because that takes 12 weeks and would be a big set back, so would rather do the finger prints sooner if we can unless its gonna cause problems
